Perform Project Reviews Performs 1 on 1 project reviews of project finances, contract management, change orders, and other construction documents and reports potential issues.Proactively develops solutions to address potential issues. Perform Site Visits Oversees construction safety implementation for zero incidents and reporting for their territory.Oversees project construction for quality compliance with specifications, codes, and installation techniques. Travels (including air travel) across the U.S. approximately 60% of the time. Ensure Customer Service Increases customer satisfaction levels and customer retention. Ensures proper customer management throughout the construction process.Develops and maintains viable relationships with customers, consultants, prime contractors, subcontractors and trade personnel. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or 10+ years full time construction management experience with sophisticated commercial, state, university, or federal clientele. Valet Living is hiring for a Part Time Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet) to work during the evening hours in your local area. Collect trash and recycling bags door to door within a local apartment community and take these items to the trash compactor or dumpster on the property site (no large or bulk items and no offsite driving and/or dumping) Typically work 5 nights a week from Sunday through Thursday. Enjoy weekends off! Work 2-4 hours per night, start time is either 7:00pm or 8:00pm and you are done between 10:00 pm - 11:00 pm (some positions may have earlier start/end times and Sundays may require more hours) Part time hours working 10-15+ hours per week
